Road ride, down to the Cheddington course. Got back from Toulouse lunchtime. Home and out on the bike. (NWT). Managed about 21mph average for 50miles. It was really blowy. Should've gone sailing, but I'm riding an event soon and want to train for it. Roll on the HONC on the 5th!!!
